Earn and Report Your CPEs
The IIA understands the uncertainty of the times, which is why we’ve made online training a very viable, virtual reality for earning required CPEs. Choose from OnDemand courses available 24/7, facilitator-led and livestreaming seminars and one-hour webinars, or leader-driven and livestreaming conferences.
CPE credits are required for end-of-year reporting to keep your IIA certification(s) active — report now by logging in to the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) to complete the CPE Reporting form. The deadline is Dec. 31, 2020. IIA North America members report CPE for free.
Don’t Miss Out on Being Included in The IIA Certification Registry
All individuals who have earned an IIA certification and maintain it by reporting CPE are eligible to opt in to The IIA Certification Registry. This up-to-date record provides an opportunity for employers and recruiters to verify your certification. The registry will only include the following: certification holder’s first and last name, certificate ID, certification status, and country of residence. Inclusion in the registry is voluntary.
If you do not report, your certification/qualification will expire, and as a result, you are no longer approved to represent yourself as a certified individual nor be listed in the registry.
Ethics CPE Opportunities
Two of your CPE credits must be earned in ethics. To help with this requirement, The IIA is offering three new ethics courses (Ethical Behavior, Ethical Scenarios for Technology, and Ethical Scenarios for Financial Services), along with Ethics Scenarios for Internal Auditors and Ethical Scenarios for Public Sector Auditors. Participants can save on the OnDemand courses when purchased as part of The IIA’s Ethics Essentials course bundle.
In addition to the above new ethics courses, The IIA has recently released the below ethics bundles for your professional development needs:
