IIA Global Certifications Streamlines Processes with Launch of Document Upload Portal
The IIA’s Global Certifications Department launched a new Document Upload Portal for use by certification candidates. The portal was developed to enhance the experience of program participants by:
- Reducing response and document processing times.
- Streamlining the document submission process.
- Creating a secure transmission method.
Applicants are now directed to the portal to upload documents and forms such as proof of education, character reference, and experience verification when applying for certification.
The new process is quick, efficient, and secure. Candidates no longer need to e-mail their information or inquiries to the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail box. In fact, this address will be deactivated after April 30, 2013.
Candidates or certified individuals needing to contact The IIA's Certifications Department can log into the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) to file an incident.
