IIA Research Foundation Launches CBOK Resource Center

The creation of the Global Internal Audit Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK) Study database in 2010 has enabled researchers to examine existing CBOK data from different angles and provide new insights regarding issues facing the internal audit profession. To keep practitioners informed on the latest research and ongoing updates related to CBOK, The IIA Research Foundation (IIARF) has created the CBOK Resource Center.

This newly created center provides visitors with a wealth of information about the CBOK Study including:

  • An overview explaining what CBOK is all about.
  • A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section.
  • Links to the newest CBOK research released.
  • Important updates impacting the Study.

Whether someone is just learning about CBOK, or has been closely involved in the Study for years, the CBOK Resource Center provides valuable information that will help CBOK remain the largest and most comprehensive study of the internal audit profession ever conducted and stay true to the intent of having CBOK being a living body of work.
