UPDATE: CCMS Partially Restored
The Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) is partially restored, allowing certificate holders to report Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Pearson VUE, which operates Pearson Credential Management (PCM), the computer-based testing vendor for CCMS, is continuing efforts to restore full functionality to the system.
The IIA is working with Pearson VUE to resolve any remaining issues. We apologize for the outage and any inconvenience it may create. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The outage does not affect:
- Exam delivery. Exams are still being delivered and individuals who are fully registered are able to schedule or reschedule testing; however, official exam results are pending full restoration of the system.
- Access to the Acclaim (badging) platform; however, no new badges will be issued until the system is fully restored.
- The Certification Document Upload Portal.
