UPDATE: CCMS Remains Down
Due to technical difficulties, the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) is down. Pearson Credential Management (PCM), the computer-based testing vendor for CCMS, has informed The IIA that the system will remain inaccessible at least through this week.
The IIA is working with PCM to resolve the issue. We apologize for the outage and any inconvenience it may create. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The outage does not affect:
- Test delivery. Tests are still being delivered and individuals who are fully registered are able to schedule or reschedule testing; however, test results are pending restoration of the system.
- Access to the Acclaim (badging) platform, though no new badges will be issued until the system is restored.
- The Certification Document Upload Portal.
