We are excited to have you join us for the 2020 Financial Services Exchange! Here is some important information regarding the virtual event.
How to Log In
Access the event and gain access to your virtual portal. You will be directed to sign on using your IIA account credentials.
Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your IIA account password, please reset your password.
Can I Log In Now?
Yes! We encourage you to log in and check out the platform to ensure you are not experiencing any issues. If you encounter any issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
What To Do When You Log In
Complete your profile
Click on your profile on the top right corner and complete the details to your virtual business card!
Check out our sponsors and exhibitors
You will have the opportunity to check out our sponsors and exhibitors. During the virtual event breaks, the virtual booths will be open and sponsors will be available to chat and answer any questions you may have.
Create your agenda
Click on the agenda tab on the left hand side of the platform to view the schedule. From there, you will have the ability to build your personal agenda.
Important Information To Know
What time zone will be used for virtual sessions?
Sessions will take place in Central Daylight Time (CDT).
How to attend sessions
You will be able to join sessions 10 minutes prior to the start time. Click on the agenda and select the session you would like to attend by clicking join now.

Are there CPE credits available?
The IIA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to select a "Are You Still Watching" button throughout the event to confirm your attendance during the live session(s).
Attendee Best Practices
- Please review the all Frequently Asked Questions in the Attendee Participation Guide to ensure optimal success.
- Be sure to have at least 1.8 Mb per second for download and 0.6 Mb per second for upload speeds for standard definition (3 Mb download and 1.5 Mb upload speeds for HD). Run a technical check.
- Please close all browser tabs or pause software updates running in the background as this may slow down your processing speed.
- Turn off all notifications on your computer to avoid distractions.
- Make certain your attendee profile (top right of the screen) is accurate and up-to-date for optimal experience.
