Registration for The IIA’s conferences and any other events are not confirmed or reserved until full payment is received. It is highly recommended that payment is provided at the time of registration to guarantee a seat within the conference or event. All invoice payments are due thirty (30) days from the invoice date. The IIA does not issue invoices for payment within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event. Payment by credit card is required within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event.
Registration rate is determined by the date payment is received by The IIA. Please plan accordingly, as it may take ten (10) or more business days for a wire transfer or mailed check to reach The IIA. Should we receive payment after a registration rate deadline, your account will be adjusted to reflect the current due amount. Entrance to any conference and all related events is contingent upon full payment.

We understand that times are uncertain due to COVID-19; which is why we are offering a new, flexible and risk-free cancellation policy that allows you to register now and transfer from in-person to live streaming or to cancel for a full refund up to the day of the event with no penalty. If you choose to transfer your registration from in-person to the live stream, The IIA will refund the different of the registration fees. All refunds will be processed within 30 days following the event.
At times, it may be necessary to cancel, reschedule, or substitute an event, conference session, speaker, and/or topic after registration has been confirmed. The IIA will provide advance notification of any changes once notice has been received, and in doing so, will not be responsible for penalties related to the canceling or rescheduling of registration fees, airfare, lodging, etc. Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice.

CPE Credits Available
When you attend this conference, you are eligible for up to 12 continuing professional education (CPE) credits. The number of credits you receive is contingent on the number of sessions you attend. The IIA’s educational programs are acceptable for fulfilling CPE requirements, which ensure that internal auditors comply with the specific standards on education in The IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. The IIA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website at www.LearningMarket.org.
Your CPE certificate will be emailed to you 2–4 weeks after the conference.
