Forum With 100% Satisfaction Rating Now Expanding
The Women in Internal Audit Leadership Forum sold out in 2018 and 2019, speaking volumes about the demand to continue the conversation and achieve our goal of closing the gender gap for women in internal audit leadership roles. Both men and women alike have found tremendous value in the forum — so much so, that it has received a 100 percent satisfaction rating from attendees. This has led to The IIA’s decision to expand the 2020 Women in Internal Audit Forum from a one-day format to a one-and-a-half-day format, enabling the program to cover even more content and giving attendees more time to network and learn from one another.
By bringing together women and men who support the professional advancement of women in internal audit and fostering an environment of engagement and collaboration, we shine a spotlight on opportunities to enhance growth and social equity. WIL has been designed for that purpose, providing women leaders in internal audit a supportive forum in which to network with like-minded professionals, both male and female, and develop new strategies, tools, and resources to drive further advancement of women throughout the profession.
