Risk Management

Course Description

This course presents the fundamental concepts of risk and the risk management process, and the important role internal audit plays in the success of the organization. It describe globally accepted risk management frameworks, and expresses how to use a risk management framework to identify potential threats. Learners will gain an understanding of how to examine the effectiveness of risk management within processes and functions and how to recognize the appropriateness of the internal audit activity’s role in the organization’s risk management process.
