She has demonstrated process excellence, business transformation through complex project management, valued added assurance through alignment of strategic planning with governance, risk management and control (GRC) approaches. Bayer has industry experience in public accounting, healthcare plans and provider processes, pharmaceutical, and lean manufacturing.
