Board-level risk committees are becoming common at many financial services companies. Risk committees are still new relative to audit committees and steps must be taken to ensure proper alignment of risk oversight activities.
This session will explore the roles the risk and audit committees can play in assisting the Board with risk oversight. The event is designed to help attendees:

- Understand the risk oversight roles that the risk and audit committees play.
